Accommodation
The Conference Secretariat has made a block-booking in hotels of different categories to secure special rates for the participants. Hotels can be accessed from the conference venue either by foot or by public transportation in no more than 10-15 minutes.
Hotel reservations can be made using the online conference registration system.
Prices are room prices for one night and include VAT (18%), city tax (4%) and breakfast.
The given rates are available only if the reservation is made through the Conference Secretariat.
As we have limited availability in each hotel, reservation requests are fulfilled on a first come first served basis. Only guaranteed reservations will be accepted; to guarantee the reservation, the full length of the stay should be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card. No reservation is accepted by phone.
